While producing Chase Marmalade Vodka the distillers discovered the Seville Orange and decided that they must create a gin with these great oranges. Rather than marmalizing them like they did for their vodka they wanted to preserve the crisp and citrusy flavour in their Gin.
Like in their other gins the Chase distillery uses their own Vodka to start the distilling.
Made of homegrown potatoes at the family farm in Herefordshire the result of distilling this Vodka together with the botanicals selected for this gin is a fresh and citrusy Gin. After the distillation they use the peels of Sevillan oranges and let them infuse into the gin for 12 hours giving the orange colour to their product.

Juniper
Orange zest
Licorice root
Elderflower
Almond
Our personal perfect serve I with a fever tree tonic and a zest of orange as garnish.

Not a top score but it's in the range of gins I would buy and if I am honest it's wasn't for me this one,
it's for the missis and she loves him!
