Gin & Tonic:

For our recommended serve we use the Thomas Henry tonic, you also could use the Erasmus Bond Botanical tonic for a more fruity/softer G&T.

The garnish that i use with the Thomas Henry is a peel of orange in combination with a leaf of laurel.

With the Erasmus Bond Botanicals tonic i also used a peel of orange but now in combination with a leaf of sage.

Score:

My score for this LePlan gin is 89/100 and so he Just did’nt get a gold medal but silver shines also bright.
